Purpose: I can use repetition in my poems to help the reader imagine something.

2. Teaching: Today I want to teach you that poets shape their stanzas and use repetition to help the audience understand the subject while using sensory details to help their audience see, hear, smell, taste, and feel what's happening.

• Write poems about things that move or make noise.
• Continue using structure to communicate your content.
• Continue using sensory words to describe weather.
• Continue personifying objects.
• Continue to write words and images for times of the year.
• Use sensory details to describe any other topic.
