• How did the characters grow or change?
• Why did the characters act this way?
• I know the theme is... I know this because in the text...
3. Thinking and Writing About Your Reading: "Quoting Accurately While Asking Questions" Response is due THURSDAY
• Ask THREE questions that connect to the overall meaning of the text.
• Use author's exact words.
• Use quotation marks and correct punctuation.
• Tell where the quote came from.
• Explain your question.
• Compose your quote and question as a complete sentence.
