Purpose: As a historian, I can analyze the impact that geography had when I record information and grow my thinking.

1. Connection:  What questions can you ask to grow your thinking by reading a map?
2. Teaching: Read, think, and ask, "Have I highlighted the ways in which the geography, the place, impacted the events?"
