Friday 01/20 Science - Physical & Chemical Changes in Cooking

Purpose:  I can use what I know and read about cooking to answer questions about physical and chemical changes.
  1. Whole Group Discussion:  What physical and chemical changes do you think are used in cooking?
  2. Practice: Physical & Chemical Changes with Cooking
  3. Extension:  Draw a picture in your Science Notebook that represents a physical or chemical change in cooking.  Add a caption that explains the change.
